In this case, we detected a high amount of packets per second, approximately
886 thousand. There was also about 0 per second of data.
Our monitoring systems then null routed the IP.
As we do not provide DDoS protection or mitigation, our strategy is to null
route the IP.
The null route is done at the edge routers, and there are no logging
facilities there. We do not do deep packet inspection at the edge routers.
Allowing such a high inbound flood into the cloud could lead to issues on the
cloud for others, or possible instability, therefore we null route an IP
instead.
We ask you that you do consider looking into a protection service such as
CloudFlare, or explore other options for possible DDoS attacks or

If someone is attacking you, they may continue again, and cause further null
routes.
